1. Introduction & Brand Ownership

STAREX is the proprietary computing and peripheral hardware brand imported, distributed, and guaranteed exclusively by PC Garden throughout the People's Republic of Bangladesh. By accessing our official website, purchasing genuine Starex products, or submitting warranty claims, you agree to comply with the terms set forth herein.

2. Official 3-Year Replacement Guarantee

STAREX products carry an industry-leading 3-Year official warranty, subject to the following criteria:

• Direct 1-to-1 Unit Replacement: For factory manufacturing defects, internal component failure, or board malfunction occurring under normal operating specifications.
• Intact Warranty Sticker / Serial Barcode: The original serial sticker and tamper-evident warranty seal must remain legible and unpeeled.
• Fast 48-Hour RMA Processing: Verified claims submitted to our central service facility in Dhaka or authorized regional RMA points are resolved with minimal turnaround.

3. Warranty Exclusions

Warranty coverage does not apply to damages caused by:

• Severe electrical lightning surges, improper earthing, or faulty local third-party power adapters.
• Physical drops, liquid spillages, broken display LCD panels, cracked PCB traces, or fire damage.
• Unauthorized modifications, third-party component soldering, or removal of official serial barcode labels.

4. Authorized Distribution & Pricing

Official retail prices shown on the website and catalog are stated in Bangladeshi Taka (৳ BDT). While PC Garden strives for absolute price accuracy across all 64 districts, regional retail pricing may vary slightly depending on local logistics and dealer stock status. 5. Intellectual Property Rights

All brand logos, product photography, 3D hardware renders, spec sheets, visual layouts, and content published on this website are the intellectual property of STAREX and PC Garden. Unauthorized reproduction, commercial repackaging, or misleading imitation is strictly prohibited under Bangladesh trademark and copyright regulations.

6. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Bangladesh. Any claims or legal disputes arising from hardware sales or commercial contracts shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Dhaka, Bangladesh.
